PUR and PIR board-panel-block

thermal insulation / insulation / acoustic / model / structural / design

λ=0,021 - 0,023 [W/m·K]

The lowest heat transfer coefficient among heat insulating materials.

MACHINABILITY

All boards have excellent machinability (hand, machine or CNC milling).

RESISTANCE AND LIFETIME

Balanced mechanical properties, dimensional stability, thermal and chemical resistance.

ECONOMIC

cost-effective, universal, strong and durable.

ECOLOGICAL

safe for health and the environment - recyclable. CFC, HCFC and formaldehyde free.

UNIVERSALITY

a wide range of formulations in several densities and sizes.

Thinner and more powerful thermal insulation

Despite its thin profile, it offers excellent thermal insulation. For example, a PUR and PIR board with a thickness of 120 mm can provide the same thermal resistance as an expanded polystyrene board with a thickness of 200 mm or mineral wool with a thickness of 230 mm.
