Structural insulation of thermal bridges. Made on the basis of rigid polyurethane foams (PURENIT, PUROTERM, PHONOTHERM). It has high strength and resistance to pressure and load. Moisture-resistant, dimensionally stable. Good and easy to process. Possibility of milling, grinding, drilling, screwing, gluing and laminating. 100% recyclable.

Important recommendation:

  • Easy processing using basic tools, the same as for MDF or OSB boards
  • When anchoring into boards, we recommend pre-drilling a hole
  • For gluing or sealing, you can use ILLBRUCK SP351 adhesive sealant, ISO-TOP FLEXKLEBER WF, TFS NEW, TFS RAPID or OTTOCOLL M530 HI-SPEED fast-setting adhesive
  • Dimensions can be adjusted according to specific requirements for each PVC, ALU and wooden profile.
