PUR/PIR C35 insulation board/panel

NEW

high-performance rigid polyurethane foam insulation (PUR/PIR) without lamination, cut to size for construction, technical and industrial applications.

  • Thermal conductivity λ ≤0.022 W/mK (according to EN 12667)
  • Reaction to fire class C-s3, d0
  • Density: 35 kg/m³, which makes it a light but stable material.
  • Compressive strength 100 kPa
  • Temperature resistance: From -70 °C to +140 °C.
  • Closed cell content: ≥ 90%, which guarantees minimal water absorption and stable insulation properties.
  • Dimensional stability: does not melt even at high temperatures and maintains its dimensions.
  • Chemical resistance: Resists most common chemicals used in the construction and processing industries.
  • Flexible processing: The material is supplied in the form of blocks, boards or precise cutouts. It can be processed with common woodworking tools.

Not intended for ETICS.

Custom sizes available.

  • Thickness: 10 to 400 mm
  • Width: 500 and 1000 mm
  • Length: 1000 and 2000 mm
